FEED: The Razorfish Consumer Experience Report” found that social network surfers are buying products based on advertising and recommendations found on social networks. 76 percent of the 1,006 people surveyed said they didn’t mind seeing ads when they logged-in to Facebook, MySpace or the other social media sites they frequent. 49 percent of respondents said that they have made a purchase based on a recommendation found on a social networking site, while 40 percent have made a purchase based on advertising found on social networking sites.
